Discover Emotional Humor: A Path to Inner Peace and Joyful Living | Awaken Women
Emotional Humor
I know that you know that humor can be emotional, why do we put more focus on how it can be triggering bad emotions?
Is it because we stopped with humor for triggering some bad emotions for other people we tried to share it with?
What if you misjudged how your humor will be received?
What if that humor can be a ray of light for you and other people?
What if you experience the true power of emotional humor?
Here is the thing when our ingrained beliefs are still running the show it will be hard to experience the new possibility.
When you even get brave again to crack some joke, you begin wondering why it is not landing well.
Have you ever considered that in the background the old belief that it is not safe to tell jokes is still lingering and you didn’t think before you opened your mouth? 🤪
You not only surprised yourself but mostly shocked the other person.
That shocked person immediately turned on their safety mechanism and the joke didn’t have a space to land on.
I am not suggesting to deeply think over and judge yourself before you open your mouth because you will talk yourself out of opening your mouth again.
This is suggesting to consider some honesty with yourself in the present and safe moment and to ask yourself when did I consider that it is not safe for me to tell jokes?
It can be pretty revealing what comes up and bring inner peace.
Once it does reveal itself, find grace and gratitude for yourself.
Then consider reassuring yourself that you are safe now and you can tell jokes that bring rays of sunshine to you and others.
It will take some practice in that new belief to become a second nature to experience for you the true power of emotional humor.
What is that true power about?
To unify both sides and tune more to your inner knowing beyond your beliefs.
When you trust more your inner knowing it will be easier to discern at what point someone is ready to hear your joke and it will land well to benefit you both.
It is not a guaranteed outcome however, more accurate than strictly relying on the old belief that humor is not safe and can hurt others.
We are returning home to unity within to ground ourselves to get ready for the next adventure.
It is much easier to navigate throughout the new adventure by standing with our source power in our inner home and experiencing some fun in the process.
I continue returning home within and grounding in my source power and allowing some fun, so I know first hand it is possible and becomes easier with putting up some reps.
I believe in you that it is also possible for you.
You can trust that you will absolutely love how amazing it feels to experience your mind, body, heart all on board working in unity with co-creation with your Spirit who has a sense of humor.
I am so passionate about co-creating an authentic, present, grounded and conscious comm-unity to co-create imm-unity against subconscious forces operating out of confusion and disconnection and to expand on our presence, consciousness, connection and compassion journey together.
I trust that humor and being yourself are important for you, especially in mid age when your power is rising and you want to use it for good and to make a real difference in this world.
This is the true legacy about making a true difference for ourselves and others.
It is to step fully into the true version of you and show to others it is possible for them as well.
I am pretty sure you want to experience living your legacy and not just potentially leaving one behind.

If you intuitively know that this might be a great place for you to truly expand and co-create together, reach out and explore together if we are matched in heaven.
