The purpose of that conscious awareness is to realize it is time to return to ourselves and stand in our source power. This power is not used for corruption, control and manipulation, but to transform ourselves and assist others with their transformation of returning home to ourselves.

The turning point was realizing that conscious awareness often surfaces very physically in the body as a cumulation of symptoms. This is the power of Physical Honesty: true integrity starts with being truthful with ourselves to be truthful and honest with others.

More conscious awareness was also allowing us to have more calm conversation and taking into consideration the need to be more honest with each other and with ourselves. Moreover, the realization came that acceptance to be supported by each other as well as taking care of ourselves to return back to self and feel inner peace to be in better service to each family member as well as others.
