Authentic Happiness

We tend to believe that artificial positivity will lead us to real happiness. 

Fake it until you make it. 

Learning a new belief is mostly not natural at first; it takes practice to become more natural, real and believable to us. 

What if we  are more real and authentic with ourselves and others? 

What if we are having courage to speak up and communicate with others? 

What is possible if you experience the true power of authentic happiness? 

Lately the big storm of emotions was brewing in our home. 

All family members were assuming even though we were under a lot of pressure with each individual adventure, especially  in our career, that it was not a good time to speak up because it might add to the stress of the other. 

However, small thunders of emotions were surfacing and instead of addressing them things remained in the holding pattern for a better time to arrive to bring them up. 

As we were preparing for the afternoon adventure, after a stressful Sunday morning rushing to Church, taking care of some groceries and stopping by for gas, to have some fun we experienced the explosion of all holding tight emotions. 

It became very difficult to hear each other out in that heat because everyone wanted to be heard. 

The surviving mechanisms of the brain were kicking in to fight then to flight. 

It wasn’t easy to deal with all of it at once and some crazy choices were shouted out  to distance from each other on a more permanent basis. 

As very slowly the big  thunders of emotions were calming down some more logic was returning to postpone making some out of spite decisions. 

More conscious awareness was also allowing us to have more calm conversation and taking into consideration the need to be more honest with each other and with ourselves. 

Also, taking personal responsibility for faking until we make it in the excuse of protecting others’ feelings so they could be happy and less stressed out. 

Moreover, the realization came that acceptance to be supported by each other as well as taking care of ourselves to return back to self and feel inner peace to be in better service to each family member as well as others. 

On Monday early afternoon we were led to a very unique experience with a mid age beautiful entrepreneur and visionary woman that felt like a rainbow after all that big storm. 

We experienced so much authentic happiness and  joy visiting her in her very unique store that initially felt like a coincidence that brought us there. 

After some happy interactions and playful exchanges we all knew that it was a blessing for us as well as for this woman, who vulnerably admitted that she really needed our company that day to bring some light and joy after some rough personal experiences. 

We also admitted that she was not alone and that we just went through some stormy moments. 

It felt so good to have the courage to move through some very difficult situations and be able to experience miracles again. 

Of course I can’t take all the credit because it was an authentic co-creation with others. I also felt the presence of God in all of it, which I am so grateful for. 

This is why I am even more passionate about co-creating an authentic, grounded and conscious comm-unity to co-create imm-unity against subconscious forces operating out of distance from ourselves and others and to expand on our presence, connection and happiness journey together. 

I trust that happiness and being yourself are important for you, especially in mid age when your power is rising and you want to use it for good and to make a real difference in this world. 

This is the true legacy about making a true difference for ourselves and others. 

It is to step fully into the best version of you and show to others it is possible for them as well. 

I am pretty sure you want to experience living your legacy and not just potentially leaving one behind.
