Mental Freedom: Achieving Inner Peace and True Mental Freedom

We tend to believe that if we rationalize everything we will feel safe and will be free thinkers. 

What if the base of your thoughts are beliefs of someone else? 

What if you forgot your own truth that is waiting for you to tune into? 

What if there is a true way to create mental freedom? 

I also believed that only logic can set me free. 

For many years in my career of serving the public in important life decisions my job was to bring back logic so my clients can make educated decisions. 

At some point when I felt I knew what I am doing and how to guide my clients in the logical process nothing made sense any more. 

It was a pretty scary and draining experience when I came to realize that there is something more than logic involved. 

I no longer could strictly operate by the book of rules set by someone else. 

It was the beginning of my journey to remember my truth and stop discounting my intuition and turning to logic that many times was based in someone else's belief. 

After years of practicing tunning more within to discover my truth and finding my inner peace I am so grateful that I found my way to true mental freedom. 

I am also still human and living on earth and interacting with other humans which can influence my mental capacity in contracting and expanding ways to practice my mental freedom. 

This is why I feel and I am not alone with it  that there is a need and desire to create co-creative space especially among visionary women when we can truly  expand on our  true mental freedom and beyond. 

There is power to come together in comm-unity to practice our freedom and power and to expand them as well as to build our imm-unity. Because being an awakened woman doesn’t mean you are completely free being, you are still human and experience human things in your body, mind, heart and soul. 

This is what true awakening is about when you are in unity at inner peace. At this point you are building an imm-unity and strength to withstand the pressures of being human and can experience expansion of your light and true freedom within. 

Finally feel more at home and that you belong and can make a real impact for yourself and others and make this world a better place.
