The turning point was realizing that conscious awareness often surfaces very physically in the body as a cumulation of symptoms. This is the power of Physical Honesty: true integrity starts with being truthful with ourselves to be truthful and honest with others.

I also came to realize that it is not so much about my physical posture but who I am and how authentic I am that brings more humility. So my head feels high out of pure satisfaction and gratitude when I am authentically humble.
