When I consciously choose again that it is safe to drop to my heart to re-establish my connection between my head and my heart, I can feel the release of all the tension. The reward is amazing to experience mental heaven where things seem to be coming without a lot of mental overwork.

We tend to believe that hope is too weak and we need something stronger. What if hope is all you got before your faith is restored?

The purpose of that conscious awareness is to realize it is time to return to ourselves and stand in our source power. This power is not used for corruption, control and manipulation, but to transform ourselves and assist others with their transformation of returning home to ourselves.

The key to true happiness is dropping self sacrifice because eventually it will become selfish when you will run out of your power to be of service to anyone. Let’s become more conscious and awaken to our responsibility for our own happiness.
