Physical Joy
We tend to believe that joy and play are only reserved for kids. We as adults get to be serious and avoid frivolous activities because we have to keep pushing forward to succeed and to make money even when we are falling apart.Â
What if it is not how serious and stuffed up we get to achieve our goals, but how much fun we have in the process?
What if we allow ourselves more joy and play in our daily life?
What if we feel like kids in a candy store again every day?Â
I definitely had been one of those stuffed up professionals who had to be serious to be taken seriously.Â
Being an over achiever I was under the impression that having fun was a waste of time and unproductive activity.Â
When constant pressure was getting the better of me that negatively influenced my body, mind, and Spirit and my relationships from my loved ones to friends and clients, I thought I have to be strong and to hold it all together.Â
I was living with a lot of pain and guilt and being harder on myself and I didn’t know what to do about it.Â
It was getting harder to make money and to succeed under so much pressure.
One of the pivotal points was becoming more creative when money was in short supply and I couldn’t afford any more of my daughter's Saturday Polish School where she could learn our native language being born in the USA and interact with the other kids from Polish families.
I asked the director of this school for an activity that I could do during four hours when school was in session in exchange for tuition for my daughter.Â
His brilliant idea was to send me to preschool with about 20Â three and four years old kids to assist the teacher. He asked me to promise that I would do it each Saturday during the school year. It felt like a challenging task which I quickly and gratefully decided to accept.Â
This adventure evolved and lasted for about 5 years. The teacher had a natural gift with kids and we were getting along well and complimenting each other to be able to handle these kids well and have lots of fun in the process.Â
Even though these four hours each week with short lunch breaks made me physically tired, which was so worthy because I experienced so much joy and learned so much from these cute kids like being more authentic, patient and confident as I was assisting in their learning process.
It created a positive shift for me that I allowed more joy and play in my days which felt like a kid in a candy store because I saw and felt how expansive it became for me in my body, mind and spirit and with my relationships with others. This also brought more inner peace.
The joyful journey continues and even my feedback from my IG followers many times is I love your joyful energy and vibe.Â
I had also noticed that I am missing that fun of co-creating with others, especially with visionary business women like this natural teacher at Polish preschool who was choosing to be herself around these kids which created a great connection between us and these kids, helped me to be more authentic and confident and brought so much fun in learning together.Â
This is why my deep desire is to create this safe and fun space in comm-unity to co-create with other visionary business women to build immu-nity against daily seriousness and pressure where we can experience and practice being ourselves and have lots of fun together so we can make a true difference for ourselves and others.
This is what true legacy is about to be remembered: how we made others feel which will make this world a better place.

If you intuitively know that this might be a great place for you to truly expand and co-create together, reach out and explore together if we are matched in heaven.Â
