Emotional Peace: Discover Inner Peace and Transform Fear into Calm

Emotional Peace
We tend to believe that "if I just feel that peace" all will work out for us.
Then quickly all the other feelings like fear… are flooding our mind, heart and body.
What if we choose to redirect our fearful thoughts and feelings to peaceful ones?
What if we can put into our daily practice more peaceful thoughts and feelings to be more aware when the opposite are coming?
What if we can open many more possibilities by practicing our way of being peaceful?
There were way too many times when my fear took over and I was distancing myself from my desired peacefulness.
I thought overcoming my fearful emotion was to apply logic to it and practicing braving up that led to control my circumstances too many times.
I wasn’t lessening my fear, I was growing it because I was choosing to fight my fear.
It took me years out of exhaustion from these fights to come to realize that it got to be a better way to feel that inner peace.
When with lots of support I began recognizing that I had a choice and could redirect my fearful thoughts and feelings to more empowering and peaceful ones, it made a huge positive impact for me and my life.
It led me to understand that my bravery is not in facing my fear by fighting it, but facing myself to transform my fear to peace.
I am so glad that I made so much progress with my willingness to be more conscious and aware daily when I can spot quicker what is happening in the background to take more aligned actions leading me to experience and to feel more peace.
The progress is not perfect and some slip ups are still happening and I also learned how to bring more grace to these challenging moments and myself.
It became easier to recognize that my ongoing practice of being peaceful is opening doors to new opportunities and possibilities that are more aligned with me.
This is why I feel so passionate to create comm-unity to strengthen our imm-unity against fighting our fear alone by practicing together our ability to feel and to experience more peace, love, joy and light.
Once we are in a much better space ourselves we can be in a much better place for others in true service and making a real difference for ourselves and others.
It is absolutely the right time to feel more peaceful and abundantly sharing it with others.
