Emotional Love
We are walking around hating ourselves and expecting others to love us. If they don’t we start hating them as well and make the confirmation with ourselves that we are not lovable because others hate us.
What if you began to really deeply and unconditionally love yourself?
How would your reality of the world and others change?
Will you feel the love you give to yourself and can radiate it to others?
Will others feel your love and reflect it back to you?
Will you have new evidence that you are lovable and others love you as well?
Emotional love is beyond feeling; it is connected to mental love and how we perceive ourselves. Do we love ourselves or do we hate ourselves and what evidence we confirm in our minds with each perspective?
Emotional love is the frequency that we emit. Love frequency is much higher than very low hate frequency and different feelings are evoked with each.
Emotional love is also rooted in how safe or not we feel in our body. If there is a lack of perception of safety in the body, our body will not feel safe around love. If the opposite is true that we feel safe in our body, it will create space to bring love to our body. We experience inner peace and harmony.
Let’s be rule breakers and change makers of modeling for others so that it is possible to love themselves by loving ourselves.

Looking for a spark of love and conscious community to practice more of your unconditional love so you can bring it more to others?
