We tend to believe that out of high density emotions like guilt we squeeze light density emotions like peace. 

When it is not working that way we actually tend to move up the scale and without understanding of the process we can easily get back down.

 For example we get to anger which can be peacefully transmuted and we can keep going up on the energetic scale to reach desired higher frequencies with light density like peace. 

However, when we involve our guilt and shame for being angry like it was taught  to us for so long, we end up sliding all the way down to low frequencies with high density. 

When anger is at 150 Hz and peace at 600 Hz we definitely have ways to go. 

It is also definitely possible to arrive at inner peace with practice and understanding how our emotions are our energetic guides to expand us in our mind, heart, body and Spirit. 

When I began discovering and learning about the energetic scale of emotions, it brought light that there is possibility to arrive at peace. 

The spiritual practices helped me discover on a deeper level how I can  peacefully be  transmuting my emotions to experience higher frequency emotions. 

In the process of my discovery I also learned that I am deeply desiring to experience peace in my life. 

It is definitely a continuous journey to relearn how to navigate through the energetic scale of emotions. 

Ongoing course realignment with spiritual practices that are working for me to move higher and ability to stay there longer where I can experience more of my expansion through love, joy, peace and light and share it with others. 

This is why I am so passionate to co-create comm-unity especially with visionary and heart led women to strengthen and practice our imm-unity to high density and low frequency emotions so we can enjoy rising together to higher frequency vibes more often and staying there longer to be of true service to ourselves and others.
